Shipping Locations We currently offer shipping across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Timeframe

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Standard shipping delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee will apply at checkout.
  • Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which will be mentioned at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link. You can track your order in real-time using Shiprocket’s tracking system.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on select pin codes and may incur additional charges.
  • Customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery. Failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier may attempt redelivery.
  • If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping charges.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us at info@itsmeonline.in within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
  • If your order is missing, please contact our support team for assistance.
